Presales Executive Francophone Africa

About the role

The Presales Executive will drive bid and tender activities across Francophone African markets, delivering bilingual proposals and product demonstrations for our technology solutions. You will act as the bridge between sales, technical teams and clients, ensuring timely and compliant submissions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and track tender opportunities on procurement portals, government listings, and donor‑funded platforms in target Francophone markets.
• Prepare and submit end‑to‑end RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, EOIs and formal tender responses in English and French, adhering to OHADA and local regulations.
• Develop bilingual technical and commercial proposals, including cost estimates, solution descriptions and capability statements.
• Conduct product demonstrations of QMS, VQMS, self‑service kiosks, digital signage, appointment booking, CX CRM and CX portal for banking, healthcare and enterprise clients.
• Plan, coordinate and manage Proof‑of‑Concept engagements, handling documentation, client feedback and commercial follow‑through.
• Prepare accurate bilingual quotations in coordination with country sales representatives.
• Maintain a tender calendar and compliance matrix to avoid missed deadlines.
• Update CRM (Zoho) with deal stages, proposal statuses and activity logs for all Francophone accounts.
• Produce regular English reports on bid activity, demo pipeline, POC status and win/loss analysis for leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, Telecommunications, Commerce or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in presales, bids or commercial coordination within ICT or enterprise solutions.
• Fluent French (C1) – written and spoken – for daily proposal drafting and client interactions.
• Strong English communication for internal reporting and cross‑team coordination.
• Proven experience in tender management and end‑to‑end proposal preparation.
