Principal – Global Health Advisory (LMIC Access)

About the role

The Global Health Advisory Principal leads complex advisory engagements that advance access to medicines in low‑ and middle‑income countries. This senior leadership position combines thought leadership with execution excellence, overseeing flagship client work while mentoring a multidisciplinary team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design of market access, portfolio, and go‑to‑market strategies for pharmaceutical and global‑health clients.
• Provide senior‑level insights and recommendations that shape client decision‑making in LMIC contexts.
• Design and advise on innovative financing models to enable sustainable access to medicines.
• Act as trusted advisor to senior client counterparts and facilitate high‑level workshops and negotiations.
• Oversee multi‑workstream project delivery, mentor junior team members, and contribute to business development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 8+ years of experience in consulting, global‑health advisory or life‑sciences with sustained exposure to LMIC settings.
• Proven track record of leading complex, multi‑stakeholder projects end‑to‑end.
• Deep expertise in market access, go‑to‑market strategy, portfolio prioritisation, innovative financing or delivery models in LMICs.
• Experience working directly with senior decision‑makers such as ministries of health, funders or industry leaders.
