About the role
Q-Sourcing Limited trading as Q-Sourcing Servtec is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African region (Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda and South Sudan). On behalf of its client, it is recruiting a competent, skilled and experienced Process Compliance Auditor to work in Nairobi, Kenya.
Key responsibilities
- Perform departmental audits to streamline processes
- Lead Lean Six Sigma process improvement projects
- Develop training modules based on audit findings
- Renew licenses and update existing policies and procedures
Required profile
- 3+ years of experience in operations or process improvement
- Lean Six Sigma certification
- Experience in security or a related domain
Required skills
- Process mapping
- Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt minimum)
- Inefficiency analysis
- Training design
