Product Associate / Product Manager, Training & Enablement

About the role

GiveDirectly is scaling its cash‑transfer program and needs a specialist to turn new survey designs, program changes, and system releases into practical training materials and communications for field teams across multiple countries.

Key responsibilities

• Develop training decks, job aids, quick‑reference sheets and step‑by‑step guides that field officers can use on tablets.
• Write layered internal communications for audiences ranging from Country Directors to Field Officers.
• Deliver live training sessions and record screen‑capture demo videos; build a reusable library of materials.
• Own release notes and change documentation for the common Salesforce build.
• Produce or adapt materials in English, Portuguese and French, managing translation support as needed.
• Provide ad‑hoc support to the product team, including briefing preparation and follow‑up on open items.
• Feed field feedback back to design teams to improve usability.

Required profile

• Prior experience as a Field Officer or equivalent frontline data‑collection role in a cash‑transfer, humanitarian or survey organization.
• Professional written fluency in English and working proficiency in Portuguese or French.
• Strong ability to translate technical changes into clear, concise instructions.
• Organised, self‑directed and able to manage a queue of requests from multiple stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel regularly to rural field sites.
