Product Consultant – HCM Services

About the role

We are launching a new Human Capital Management (HCM) product for the HRO market and building a dedicated services team to ensure a seamless post‑sale experience. As a Product Consultant, you will be the frontline expert helping clients adopt, use, and succeed with our platform.

Key responsibilities

• Assist client users with questions and issues related to the HCM platform.
• Troubleshoot, replicate, and resolve support requests, escalating bugs when necessary.
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, or chat to diagnose problems, provide status updates, and deliver resolutions.
• Stay up‑to‑date on system capabilities, bug fixes, and new functionality.
• Contribute documentation and video content to the PrismHCM Knowledge Base.
• Train internal staff and customers on various aspects of PrismHCM.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of payroll, taxes, benefits, and overall HR operations.
• Experience with HRIS systems, especially payroll and benefits modules.
• Excellent listening, problem‑solving, and troubleshooting abilities.
• Effective communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Technical inclination with a continuous learning mindset.
• Ability to manage tense or confrontational situations while maintaining confidence.
• Detail‑oriented, capable of independent work.
• Collaborative attitude in both one‑on‑one and group settings.
• Flexibility, adaptability, and a can‑do attitude.
