About the role

We are seeking a Product / UX Designer who loves building useful products for customers and leveraging AI to do so. The role is full‑time, on‑site in Nairobi and involves owning the end‑to‑end delivery of product solutions to accounts.

Key responsibilities

Design and deliver end‑to‑end product experiences for hospitality, retail and enterprise customers.
Integrate AI technologies into product solutions to enhance functionality.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure product outcomes meet service standards.

Required profile

Proven ability in product UX design and delivering excellent service outcomes.
Strong passion for using AI to build solutions.
Excellent interpersonal, team‑leadership and communication skills.
Experience in technical support and troubleshooting customer issues.
Analytical skills to evaluate feedback, develop reports and implement improvements.
Problem‑solving mindset and calm handling of customer challenges.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or related field (preferred).
