Product Management Analyst – Technology Solutions

About the role

We are seeking a Product Management Analyst to support the delivery and execution of technology solutions across multiple platforms and business initiatives. The role works closely with business stakeholders, product management, and software development teams to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Create comprehensive user stories and acceptance criteria using Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements, including functional and non‑functional specifications.
• Translate business needs into user personas, process flows, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with onshore, nearshore, and offshore development teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Prioritize and manage product backlogs, organizing requirements into epics, features, and user stories.
• Support platform adoption through clear documentation and functional guidance.
• Use API development knowledge, SQL Server, and API testing tools (Postman, Bruno) to validate integrations.
• Read and understand C# code when necessary to support requirement analysis.

Required profile

• Experience as a Product Management Analyst, Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, or similar technology‑focused role.
• Strong ability to create and manage user stories, acceptance criteria, functional requirements, and NFRs.
• Proven experience working with distributed development teams and managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
