Product Manager – Airport Benefits

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Product Manager to lead the development, optimisation and delivery of Airport benefits, including fast‑track lanes and “Taste of Priceless” locations. The role will drive product strategy, revenue growth and partner relationships within the Travel vertical.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the Card Benefits strategy aligned with global Airport initiatives.
• Identify and implement revenue‑generating opportunities for Airport benefits.
• Manage strategic partner relationships, negotiate agreements and conduct quarterly business reviews.
• Coordinate benefit initiatives across card product teams and integrate them into platform roadmaps.
• Equip Commercialisation, B2B Marketing and other teams with tools, training and insights for effective selling.
• Track product KPIs, partner performance and ROI to inform continuous improvement.
• Lead and develop a high‑performing team, providing feedback and career development.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in product management, partnerships or related roles within payments, financial services or travel loyalty programs.
• Proven track record of managing high‑value partner relationships and delivering measurable business results.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in revenue generation and data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent verbal and presentation communication skills and stakeholder management experience in global, matrixed organisations.
