Product Manager – Hotel & Hospitality SaaS

About the role

BagginsHQ is looking for an experienced Product Manager to drive commercial growth of its cloud‑based hotel management platform, Baggins Hotel, in Kenya. The role is fully remote and focuses on acquiring paying hospitality businesses and expanding subscription revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach and acquire hotels, resorts, lodges and guesthouses requiring property management software.
• Develop and execute market‑specific growth and customer‑acquisition strategies.
• Present and demonstrate the platform’s reservations, front‑desk, POS, housekeeping and financial modules to decision‑makers.
• Convert trial users into paying subscribers and manage renewal and churn.
• Maintain accurate records of prospects, engagements and verified revenue.

Required profile

• Professional experience in hotel management, hospitality operations or related technology sectors.
• Proven ability to generate SaaS subscription revenue without a supporting sales team.
• Established network or ability to build relationships with hotel owners, general managers and revenue managers.
• High standards of professionalism, accountability and commercial discipline.

Required skills

• Familiarity with hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) and online booking platforms.
• Experience with restaurant Point‑of‑Sale (POS) systems and hospitality software.
• Business development and client acquisition expertise in the hospitality sector.
