An established confectionery and cake studio is looking for a skilled, passionate, and creative Professional Baker. The role involves overseeing the preparation, baking, and artistic decoration of high‑quality cakes and pastries while maintaining consistent product quality.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in baking and preparing a wide variety of cakes and pastries.
• Support soft‑cream and fondant work for custom cake artistry.
• Monitor product quality, ensuring consistent taste, texture, and visual standards.
• Participate in brand promotion and create TikTok‑friendly video content.
• Collaborate on artistic baking projects while working independently with minimal supervision.
• Manage early‑morning work schedules and operate efficiently under operational pressure.
• Perform other duties to support daily kitchen operations and business growth.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in soft‑cream and hard‑cream (fondant) cake decorating.
• Self‑driven, proactive, reliable, and disciplined team player.
• Ability to work early mornings and thrive under pressure.
• Enthusiastic about creating social‑media content (TikTok‑friendly).
• Strong passion for cake artistry and a desire to grow skills.
