Programmatic Manager – Remote (Freelance)

About the role

Simple Life is seeking an experienced Programmatic Manager to lead and scale its paid media efforts. This full‑time freelance position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while driving growth for the #1 AI‑powered health coaching app.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and continuously optimize programmatic campaigns across native and display channels.
• Own and scale campaigns on Taboola and other content‑discovery platforms.
• Develop and run structured creative testing frameworks to evaluate hooks, formats, and messaging at scale.
• Analyze performance data, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements across the funnel.
• Collaborate with creative and analytics teams to iterate on ad content.
• Explore new inventory sources and audience opportunities to expand reach.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience managing programmatic campaigns, with mandatory Taboola expertise.
• Familiarity with native/content discovery platforms such as NewsBreak, Outbrain, or Revcontent.
• Proven track record in creative testing (A/B and multivariate) and performance analysis.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to report and optimize campaign performance.
• Effective budget management to meet CPA/ROAS targets.
• Self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced remote environment.
