Project Architect

About the role

Studio FH is seeking a Project Architect to independently manage up to three projects at various design and construction stages. The role involves leading a team of architectural assistants, coordinating sub‑consultants, and handling technical aspects of construction and occasional contract administration.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day project execution, ensuring technical quality and alignment with design goals.
• Oversee preparation and review of design drawings and sub‑consultant inputs.
• Prepare and monitor design programme, ensuring timely delivery of information.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, specifications, best practices, and internal QA procedures.
• Organise and follow up on outcomes of design team and site meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture with a focus on green architecture, local materials, and passive design.
• Minimum five years’ experience in design and construction supervision.
• Corporate membership of a relevant professional body.
• Strong communication, initiative, team motivation, and ability to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
