• Procurement: turn approved requirements into dated schedules, track quotations and purchase orders, and enforce competitive quotation procedures.
• Logistics and materials: track shipping, clearance, delivery and stock, and align deliveries with installation sequencing.
• Installation and quality: coordinate engineers, installers and subcontractors, track inspections and defects, and ensure safety requirements are met.
• Budget and change control: monitor labour, travel, subcontracting and freight costs, document variations and escalate overruns.
• Client coordination: act as the principal delivery contact, give progress updates, record instructions and changes, and escalate complaints.
• People and accountability: agree deliverables with named people, run delivery meetings, verify completion claims and recommend action on repeated non-performance.
• Commissioning and closeout: plan testing and snag resolution, obtain completion certificates, transfer credentials and handover to the support team.

The manager escalates immediately on safety incidents, quality failures, fraud, threats to contractual dates, forecast overruns, supplier failures and other critical issues, stating the issue, impact, owner, action taken and recommended decision.
