About the role
The Project Director will provide overall leadership for the Child Development, Care, and Protection project in Kenya, reporting directly to the Country Manager. This position is funded for a fixed term of 14 months, contingent on award of the project.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the child development, care, and protection project in Kenya.
- Report to the Country Manager and ensure alignment with CRS country programming.
- Oversee implementation of project activities, monitoring and evaluation.
- Coordinate with government agencies and Catholic Church partners.
- Manage project budget and ensure compliance with CRS policies.
Required profile
- Kenyan national.
- Experience in managing development projects related to child development, care, or protection.
- Ability to work in Kenya for the contract duration.
