Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead cross‑functional initiatives using Agile SDLC practices and AI‑driven productivity tools. The role requires strong stakeholder alignment, meticulous planning, and effective communication with senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Align sponsors and stakeholders on objectives, scope, milestones, and timelines through a standardized framing exercise.
• Identify and engage project stakeholders to ensure appropriate involvement and information flow.
• Coach the project team on Agile SDLC practices and maintain project plans in Smartsheet.
• Communicate tasks, secure ownership commitments, and manage change control as needed.
• Utilize MS Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Smartsheet, and related tools for collaboration and communication.
• Facilitate multi‑department meetings, drive consensus, and surface implications of scope changes.
• Act as liaison between project teams and senior management for status updates, issue escalations, and decision points.
• Track and mitigate RAID items, remove obstacles, and escalate when necessary.
• Develop AI‑based tools to support day‑to‑day project management activities.

Required profile

• 5+ years of corporate experience with at least 3 years in project management.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks under pressure and facilitate consensus across diverse topics.
• Comfortable collaborating with senior leaders and taking personal accountability for project progress.
