Property Sales & Marketing Executive

About the role

The Property Sales & Marketing Executive will promote residential and commercial listings, generate new business opportunities and build lasting client relationships. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions and deliver an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Market and promote property listings through multiple sales and marketing channels.
• Identify and generate new leads via prospecting, referrals, networking and digital initiatives.
• Conduct property presentations, site visits and viewings for prospective buyers.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable investment opportunities.
• Negotiate prices, terms and agreements to close sales.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and sales documentation.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date CRM database of clients, leads and activities.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to uncover new opportunities.
• Participate in exhibitions, roadshows, open days and promotional events.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience in real‑estate marketing or property sales.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and closing transactions.
• Self‑driven, highly motivated and target‑oriented.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong presentation and persuasion abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for managing leads and sales activities.
