- Support functional, regression, smoke and sanity testing before releases, and validate that features meet documented requirements

- Support UAT for sprint deliverables, validate user flows, collect stakeholder feedback and capture UAT evidence
- Run regression tests before production deployments and help confirm that new changes do not break existing functionality
- Take part in sprint planning, grooming, demos and retrospectives, and escalate blockers and risks to the QA Engineer or Tech Lead
- Maintain test cases, results and QA evidence, prepare QA reports and document common user issues and product improvements
- Learn QA best practices, Agile delivery, product and API testing, and fintech platform workflows, and suggest improvements to QA templates and quality processes
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems or a related field; recent graduates and final-year students are encouraged to apply
- Basic understanding of software testing, QA processes and Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and documentation skills, with high attention to detail
- Willingness to learn fintech products, APIs and digital lending workflows
- Previous internship, academic project or hands-on QA/testing experience is an added advantage but not mandatory
Required skills
- Added advantage: familiarity with web and mobile application testing
