Quality and Finishing Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Quality and Finishing Lead to champion excellence in our textile manufacturing operations. The role focuses on ensuring premium product finishes, driving continuous improvement, and safeguarding customer trust through rigorous quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain quality systems and controls that emphasize finishing finesse.
• Lead cross‑functional improvement projects to reduce quality losses and boost operational performance.
• Monitor product quality data, translate insights into actionable decisions, and ensure compliance with knitwear quality requirements.
• Build and mentor a high‑performing quality team, fostering a culture of accountability and professional courage.
• Collaborate with production, engineering and supply‑chain teams to embed quality‑first mindset throughout the value chain.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Technology, Manufacturing, Quality Management or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a mid‑leadership role within a complex manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record of improving standards, reducing defects and leading sustainable change initiatives.
• Strong attention to detail, continuous‑improvement mentality and ability to build robust systems.

Required skills

• Knowledge of quality management systems and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Familiarity with knitwear quality requirements and vertically integrated textile production.
