Quality Audit Analyst

About the role

As a Quality Audit Analyst you will safeguard operational excellence across service delivery teams by conducting audits, reviewing case accuracy and ensuring compliance with internal procedures and regulatory guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine and targeted quality audits across workstreams such as claims, eligibility, administration, and customer service.
• Assess accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance of system entries, documentation and communications.
• Provide clear, constructive feedback to team members and supervisors, highlighting high‑risk errors and recurring themes.
• Identify compliance gaps, escalate critical findings and support internal control and risk‑management processes.
• Recommend process improvements, assist in SOP revisions and suggest automation opportunities.
• Compile quality metrics, error trends and dashboards for monthly or quarterly reporting.
• Collaborate with supervisors, trainers, SMEs and QA colleagues to maintain consistent quality standards and support new releases or process changes.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in an operations or quality‑related role, preferably within claims or similar processes.
• Strong understanding of operational workflows and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical capability.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Excel.
