Quality Control Supervisor (Bonje Agrihub)

About the role

Eni Natural Energies Kenya EPZ Ltd. is looking for a Quality Control Supervisor to lead the QA/QC programme at the Bonje Agrihub in Kwale. You will ensure that all agricultural products meet the company’s quality standards and support safe, efficient production.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate laboratory performance testing using samples from suppliers and commercial agencies.
• Oversee sample collection, product testing, and verification before receipt and storage.
• Prepare reports, maintain records of inspections, tests, and results.
• Manage communications with external laboratory service providers.
• Recommend and implement improvements to procedures, standards, and equipment.
• Maintain laboratory inventories, calibrate and service equipment.
• Support production operations to meet operational targets.
• Analyse test results, initiate corrective actions, and ensure compliance with safety and quality procedures.
• Maintain quality documentation, SOPs, COAs, checklists, and calibration records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Analytical Chemistry, Process/Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in English and Kiswahili.
• Relevant QA/QC experience, preferably in a vegetable oil extraction plant or similar manufacturing environment.
