React Developer

About the role

As a React Developer at Nexo, you will build and maintain user‑facing applications for both web and mobile platforms that serve millions of users worldwide. You will ensure UI/UX designs are technically feasible, optimize existing code, and keep the codebase well‑tested with continuous integration.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new features for web and mobile client applications and internal admin tools.
• Validate technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and implement them using modern React practices.
• Support, refactor, and optimize existing codebases.
• Maintain a well‑tested codebase with CI pipelines and coverage reporting.
• Share knowledge and promote best practices within small, autonomous teams.
• Leverage AI tools (Anthropic Claude) daily throughout the development lifecycle.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional experience with ReactJS.
• Strong familiarity with modern ECMAScript specifications and TypeScript.
• Extensive experience with Redux and Git.
• Understanding of design patterns and software architecture principles.
• Excellent troubleshooting and debugging abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced, fluid environment.
