Recruiter (BPO Call Center)

About the role

The BPO Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for our call center operations. The role holder will create a robust pipeline in anticipation of call‑center demand and adopt a proactive recruitment approach to attract and retain top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Attract, hire, and retain top‑tier call center agents in line with operational strategy.
• Plan and manage the call center workforce, maintaining a robust talent pipeline to meet anticipated demand.
• Utilize various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media platforms, and strategic partnerships to recruit agents.
• Support the Project Lead in coordinating interviews with candidates and stakeholders, ensuring a smooth interview process.
• Facilitate risk assessment checks, including candidate reference verification.
• Manage the recruitment process using the ATS, maintaining accurate records of candidate interactions and progress.
• Proactively manage candidates and feedback to ensure an excellent candidate experience.
• Lead the onboarding process to ensure new hires integrate seamlessly with teams.
• Leverage interview insights to identify future learning and development opportunities aligned with call center operations.
• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
• At least three years of high‑volume recruiting experience, preferably in a call center or customer service environment.
• Highly adaptable and flexible to work within the Pacific Time Zone when required.
• Proficiency with ATS and other recruitment tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
