Recruitment Consultant

About the role

Linkeazi is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to support its sales consultants by delivering qualified candidates on time. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, from posting jobs to onboarding new hires.

Key responsibilities

• Edit and publish job postings across platforms.
• Screen CVs, conduct interviews and record interview details.
• Prepare reports on qualified candidates for internal stakeholders.
• Address candidate queries, coordinate with Key Account Managers and schedule interviews.
• Negotiate offers, present market insights and guide candidates through the hiring process.
• Follow up until the candidate starts on site and gather post‑placement feedback.
• Deliver candidate CVs to client hiring managers.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience working in the HR field (minimum 12 months).
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources or a related discipline.
• Strong English proficiency, both spoken and written.
