Recruitment Officer – Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Recruitment Officer to support our Talent Acquisition team. In this position you will manage the full recruitment cycle across multiple departments, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals and networking events.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate qualifications, skills and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Participate in recruitment events, job fairs and employer branding initiatives.
• Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including interview preparation and candidate communications.
• Collaborate with HR and cross‑functional teams to ensure a seamless hiring process.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher) with a clear, neutral accent.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
