Regional Corporate Sales Manager

About the role

Our client, a leading computer institute offering IT training, is looking for a Regional Corporate Sales Manager to drive revenue across Kenya and other African markets. The role provides strategic leadership to the corporate sales team and is accountable for meeting monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead regional sales teams in Nairobi, Mombasa and other territories, conducting weekly performance reviews.
• Achieve 100 % of set revenue targets for training, testing centres and business software solutions.
• Maintain 100 % data accuracy in Bitrix24 CRM and ensure pipeline coverage of at least three times the revenue target.
• Engage C‑suite and director‑level decision makers, delivering a minimum of ten executive meetings per month.
• Close at least 25 enterprise or multi‑regional deals each quarter and increase existing corporate revenue by 25 % annually through upselling.
• Produce a comprehensive monthly market and competitor analysis for Kenya and wider African expansion zones.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Corporate Governance, Executive Management, IT or related field.
• Minimum 84 months (7 years) of corporate sales experience, preferably in the education or IT training sector.
• Proven record of scaling sales teams and delivering high‑value corporate accounts.
• Strong leadership and strategic planning abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Bitrix24 CRM for pipeline and data management.
