Regional Sponsorship Coordinator

About the role

The Regional Sponsorship Coordinator provides strategic support and technical leadership for World Vision’s sponsorship programmes across the region. This role ensures effective sponsorship business systems, data management, and operational capacity to deliver on the organisation’s mission to transform vulnerable children’s lives.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the technical lead on sponsorship policy, standards, and implementation across the region.
• Support field offices in establishing systems that comply with World Vision policies and monitor adherence.
• Lead regional initiatives to strengthen child participation and improve sponsorship business processes.
• Coordinate regional data analysis to inform strategic decisions and capacity‑building efforts.
• Drive operational and performance review processes, feeding insights into planning, budgeting, and performance feedback.
• Collaborate with regional and global technical teams to enhance sponsorship management, supporter engagement, and risk mitigation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sponsorship or programme coordination within a non‑profit or humanitarian context.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and liaison skills with regional and global stakeholders.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive process improvements.
