Regional Training Officer

About the role

The Regional Training Officer will train and empower sales teams across the region, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills to meet sales targets. The role involves extensive travel (about 80%) and requires coaching and mentorship of diverse teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead onboarding for new sales teams, delivering structured orientation and embedding SunCulture’s sales process.
• Design and deliver region‑specific training strategies using digital modules, live sessions, and field immersion.
• Use sales performance data from BI and LMS to create personalized training plans and provide field coaching.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers to identify skills gaps and implement targeted interventions.
• Support recruitment by participating in assessments and interviews, and manage agent lifecycle through retention check‑ins and recognition.
• Develop, digitize, and maintain training content on the LMS, ensuring accessibility and compliance.
• Champion adoption of SunCulture’s digital tools and track training budgets for cost‑effective delivery.

Required profile

• Passionate about developing others and empowering teams.
• Willing to gain hands‑on experience before training others.
• Effective communicator for small to medium groups.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and dynamic environments.
• Ability to manage regional budget allocations.
• Experience in solar/off‑grid pump systems, start‑ups, experiential training, or sales is an advantage.
