Registered Nurse – German Placement Program

About the role

Stratostaff EA Ltd is recruiting registered nurses (BScN, KRN or KRCHN) licensed by the Nursing Council of Kenya (NCK) for guaranteed placements in Germany's healthcare system. The program is offered through its partner institute, Clinical Mastery Training Institute (CMTI), which provides German language training. Experienced nurses and recent graduates are welcome.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care according to German healthcare standards and patient safety protocols
• Recognize symptoms of diseases and assess and evaluate patients' conditions
• Provide basic hygiene, nutrition and mobility assistance
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments safely, monitoring for adverse reactions
• Assist with procedures and exams, including patient preparation, equipment management and documentation of findings
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Manage and supervise patients in hospital departments
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families
• Maintain accurate records of patient assessments, treatments and progress
• Maintain and care for medical equipment

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BScN) or diploma in Nursing (KRN/KRCHN)
• Valid current license from the Nursing Council of Kenya (NCK)
• Open to both experienced nurses and new graduates
• German language proficiency up to B2 is a strong advantage; candidates without certification can join CMTI's language classes
