About the role
The Relationship Officer will be based in Narok and will act as the primary point of contact for clients, promoting the bank’s financial products and services. This entry‑level position offers the opportunity to develop a career in banking sales while building lasting customer relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and recruit new clients for the bank’s portfolio.
- Market and promote financial products and services.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Process loan applications and follow up on repayments.
- Achieve assigned sales and portfolio growth targets.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily and weekly reports.
Required profile
- KCSE Certificate (Diploma or Degree is an added advantage).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales or customer service experience is an added advantage.
- Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to work within the assigned branch.

- Gross monthly salary ranging from KES 15,000 to KES 30,000.
