Remarketing Sales Manager – Americas

About the role

TCR Group is expanding its remarketing business for refurbished ground support equipment (GSE) across North, Central and South America. The Remarketing Sales Manager will lead business development, build a pipeline of recurring sales, and represent TCR at industry events.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage new and existing customer relationships throughout the Americas.
• Promote and sell refurbished GSE assets that have been reconditioned in TCR’s ECO Centres.
• Build a sales pipeline targeting USD 3M+ in annual recurring revenue.
• Network with aviation ecosystem stakeholders and represent TCR at trade shows and client visits.
• Define and execute the go‑to‑market strategy for remarketing GSE in the region.
• Analyse market dynamics, competition and pricing across the three sub‑regions.
• Provide regular sales reports, insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Collaborate with ECO Centre teams, logistics, operations and the global remarketing team.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience with GSE or similar industrial equipment in the Americas.
• Background in a GSE OEM or related sector such as automotive or heavy industrial equipment.
• Strong negotiation and deal‑closing abilities with a hunter mindset.
• Comfortable working in cross‑cultural environments and interacting with diverse customers.
• Fluent in English; additional African language is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and work from a major office in Europe or North America.
