Remote Appointment Setter (Referral Applicants)

About the role

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our high‑performance sales team as Remote Appointment Setters. You will work with warm inbound leads, convert interest into qualified appointments, and earn weekly commissions based on your results.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound leads (no cold calling) and schedule appointments for homeowners interested in windows, roofing, flooring, etc.
• Confirm appointment times, ensure they hold, and update the system accordingly.
• Work 40‑45 hours per week within the 12 PM‑12 AM EST window, covering shifts that match peak demand.
• Use provided software and phone system; maintain a quiet home workspace with a computer, headset, and wired internet.
• Participate in real‑time coaching and performance reviews every 90 days.

• Self‑motivated, able to thrive in a performance‑driven, commission‑based environment.
• Available to work full‑time remote hours and maintain a professional home office setup.
