Remote Business Development Executive – Kenya Market

About the role

WeCopy Fintech, a Canada‑based fintech specialising in copy trading, proprietary trading and forex brokerage, is looking for a Remote Business Development Executive to grow its presence in Kenya. The role focuses on building affiliate partnerships, managing community channels and driving revenue through targeted marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach and onboard Affiliate Partners, Introducing Brokers (IBs), KOLs and KOCs across Kenya.
• Build and nurture relationships with traders, influencers and online communities on platforms such as WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook, Instagram and others.
• Generate, manage and convert leads using HubSpot CRM, and monitor market trends, competitors and business opportunities.
• Create engaging social‑media content and short‑form videos, and represent WeMasterTrade on‑camera in promotional material.
• Prepare regular reports on partnerships, revenue, client acquisition and community growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, sales or affiliate marketing within fintech, forex or trading.
• Strong understanding of the Kenyan market and existing relationships with affiliates, IBs, KOLs, KOCs or relevant communities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Comfortable presenting on camera and creating personal‑brand content.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and target‑oriented with a commercial mindset.
