Remote Customer Service Representative (Full-Time)

About the role

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Remote Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This full‑time, work‑from‑home position involves being the primary point of contact for customers, delivering fast, friendly, and helpful support.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner.
• Resolve product or service issues by clarifying complaints, identifying causes, and providing appropriate solutions.
• Maintain accurate customer records and log interactions in our helpdesk software.
• Collaborate with internal team members to escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Meet or exceed daily performance metrics for response time and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, call center, or virtual assistance.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with a neutral accent for voice calls.
• Reliable high‑speed internet (minimum 20 Mbps) and a backup power/internet solution.
• Quiet, distraction‑free home office equipped with a noise‑cancelling headset.
• Availability to work full‑time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (local time).

Required skills

• Experience with helpdesk tools such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Intercom.
