Remote Customer Service Representative (Kenya)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated, customer‑focused professional to join Vantage Association as a Remote Customer Service Representative. The role involves handling inquiries across chat, email and phone, delivering fast, empathetic solutions that build loyalty for our international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality support via chat, email, calls and other platforms.
• Resolve issues such as refunds, reshipments and account updates.
• Meet productivity, quality, SLA and KPI targets consistently.
• Document interactions accurately in internal tracking tools.
• Stay informed on client products, services and policies.
• Participate in training, coaching and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Communicate any performance‑impacting situations promptly.

Required profile

• High school diploma or technical degree (preferred).
• Previous experience in customer service, BPO or call centre (preferred but not mandatory).
• Advanced English proficiency (B2+ spoken and written).
• Strong results orientation and accountability.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Meet, Calendar).
