Remote Inside Sales Manager

About the role

The Inside Sales Manager is a full‑time remote position responsible for leading and developing an inside sales team to meet revenue and growth targets. This role combines strategic oversight of daily sales activities with hands‑on coaching and collaboration across marketing and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the inside sales team to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
• Oversee daily sales activities, monitor pipelines, and ensure consistent follow‑up on leads and opportunities.
• Coach team members, refine sales processes, and work with marketing and operations to support lead generation and customer retention.
• Manage key accounts, analyze sales performance data, and prepare reports for leadership.
• Drive high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem solving.

Required profile

• Proven proficiency in inside sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Experience in lead generation and account management to build and grow customer relationships.
• Strong focus on customer satisfaction, resolving issues promptly and maintaining long‑term trust.
• Previous experience managing or coaching sales teams in a remote or hybrid environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
