We are seeking a Remote Part‑Time Human Resources Manager to support a global staffing and recruiting leader. The role focuses on answering employee queries, maintaining confidential HR records, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations while working from anywhere.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to employee questions about benefits, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain accurate, confidential personnel files and HR documentation.
• Assist with onboarding new hires and off‑boarding departing staff.
• Monitor compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws.
• Collaborate with management to address workplace issues and suggest process improvements.

Required profile

• Prior experience in human resources or a related support role.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
