Remote Sales Closer (US Real Estate, Kenya-based)

About the role

We are looking for a Remote Sales Closer to join our U.S.-based real‑estate investment company. The role focuses on handling warm inbound leads from homeowners who want to sell, and converting those conversations into signed contracts—all from a home office.

Key responsibilities

• Answer warm inbound calls from motivated sellers and follow a provided script to present offers.
• Negotiate terms and run numbers on a calculator to structure deals.
• Send contracts online, obtain signatures over the phone, and update the CRM with accurate notes.
• Maintain professional communication in English throughout the sales process.

Required profile

• College degree.
• Fluency in English.
• At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in real‑estate or high‑ticket environments.
• Strong phone presence and ability to overcome objections.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM software.

What we offer

• Fully remote work with a monthly base salary of 25,000 KES.
• Commission of 15,000 KES per closed deal and weekly bonuses up to 1,500 KES.
