Reservations & Listing Intern – Hospitality

About the role

This full‑time internship supports the Reservations team in a fast‑paced hospitality environment. You will assist with booking management, guest communication, and basic financial tasks while gaining hands‑on experience in the tourism sector.

Key responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately.
• Handle reservation requests, confirmations, modifications, and cancellations across multiple channels.
• Respond to guest enquiries via WhatsApp, email, Airbnb, Booking.com, and other platforms.
• Check availability, rates, and booking details, and prepare confirmations and invoices.
• Liaise with Housekeeping, Operations, Finance and other teams to ensure smooth guest experiences.
• Maintain daily check‑in/check‑out lists and up‑to‑date reservation records.
• Support the Reservations Manager with administrative and operational tasks.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration or related field.
• At least 6 months experience in reservations, hospitality or customer service.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with Airbnb platform.
• Familiarity with Booking.com platform.
