About the role

Global Food Ventures (GFV) is expanding its virtual brand network across Kenya and is looking for motivated professionals to become Restaurant Growth Partners. In this remote, commission‑based role you will connect restaurants with unused kitchen capacity to GFV’s delivery‑first brand system, helping them generate new revenue streams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify restaurants in Kenya that have under‑utilised kitchen space.
• Introduce owners and operators to GFV’s virtual brand model and explain the benefits.
• Support partners through the onboarding process and assist with the launch of delivery‑focused brands.
• Build and maintain a portfolio of restaurant partners, ensuring ongoing collaboration.
• Expand GFV’s kitchen network throughout the Kenyan market.

Required profile

• Proven experience in the hospitality or restaurant sector.
• Strong relationships with restaurant owners, operators or culinary professionals.
• Familiarity with restaurant operations, delivery platforms and virtual brand concepts.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and manage a personal pipeline.
