Results‑Based Personal & Business Operations Contractor (Nairobi)

About the role

We are seeking a resourceful contractor to handle personal and business operations tasks on a results‑based basis in Nairobi. You will work independently, delivering clearly defined outcomes without hourly supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Research and negotiate prices with multiple providers.
• Contact providers, obtain firm answers and arrange appointments.
• Resolve delivery, billing, repair or customer‑service issues.
• Source hard‑to‑find products and coordinate their delivery or collection.
• Conduct rental, property or business inquiries and arrange viewings.
• Perform in‑person errands, clinic/property/store visits, collections and inspections.
• Support personal projects and occasional business‑operations tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with at least two years of relevant experience.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Calm, persuasive phone manner with strong judgment and initiative.
• Ability to work autonomously without daily reminders.
• Availability in Nairobi for on‑site assignments and occasional US calls.
