Sales & Administrative Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Vast Talent Solutions. The role combines front‑line sales support with day‑to‑day office administration, ensuring smooth interaction between customers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for incoming sales inquiries via email and phone.
• Prepare and dispatch client proposals, price quotes, and service agreements.
• Maintain and update customer records and sales logs in the CRM system.
• Manage daily office operations, including drafting, editing, and organizing company documentation and reports.
• Coordinate internal schedules, team meetings, and travel arrangements.

Required profile

• Mid‑level professional with at least 48 months (4 years) of experience in sales support or administrative functions.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a CRM system for managing customer data.
