Sales and Marketing Intern

About the role

Join African Aqua as a Sales and Marketing Intern, supporting the front‑line effort to attract and retain customers. You will work on outreach, social media, customer record management and sales administration while gaining exposure to the whole business.

Key responsibilities

• Reach out to potential buyers online.
• Manage and grow the company’s social media presence on Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and LinkedIn.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date customer records.
• Follow up on enquiries and support the sales process.
• Assist with administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
• Create and test marketing posts, messages and ideas.

Required profile

• Quick learner with curiosity and strong problem‑solving skills.
• Creative mindset for improving customer outreach.
• Resilient and persistent when facing rejection.
• Interest or experience in marketing and social media.
• Organized, reliable and able to follow through on admin duties.
• Committed to grow with the company over the long term.
