About the role
The Sales and Marketing Lead will drive customer acquisition for Vast Talent Solutions by building local partnerships and executing on‑ground activations that complement digital campaigns. This role combines field sales activities with marketing initiatives to generate high‑quality leads for the recruitment business.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop local partnerships to generate customer leads.
- Execute physical activations to promote company services.
- Align field activities with digital marketing campaigns.
- Capture field data and customer feedback for continuous improvement.
Required profile
- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- At least 12 months of proven experience in customer acquisition or field sales.
- Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
- Energetic and comfortable working in the field.
