Sales and Marketing Manager (Restaurant and Airbnb)

About the role

Brites Management Services is hiring a full-time Sales and Marketing Manager for its restaurant and Airbnb accommodation business, based in Upperhill. The role covers revenue generation, marketing, occupancy management, customer retention and partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and run sales strategies to grow revenue from the restaurant and accommodation business, and identify new opportunities, partnerships, corporate clients and customer segments.
• Plan and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns, and build a consistent brand presence across marketing channels.
• Manage social media, online listings, promotions and other platforms to increase visibility and bookings.
• Develop strategies to keep room occupancy high all year, using online platforms, partnerships, direct bookings and targeted campaigns.
• Encourage repeat visits and bookings, build relationships with customers, corporate clients and travel partners, and use customer feedback to improve service and retention.
• Pursue partnerships with corporates, travel agencies and event organisers, and negotiate commercial relationships.
• Create attractive packages, promotions and offers to drive restaurant sales and room bookings.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in hospitality, restaurants, hotels, Airbnb or similar businesses.
• Strong communication, negotiation, networking and relationship-management skills.
• Results-oriented, with strong analytical and revenue-growth capabilities.
• Able to work independently, manage several priorities and meet business targets.
