Sales Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Assistant to support our real‑estate sales team in Westlands, Kenya. You will help manage client interactions, property listings and sales documentation, ensuring a smooth experience for both prospects and existing customers.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients, answer inquiries, and maintain follow‑up with potential and current customers.
• Update and organise property information, including listings, photos, videos and promotional materials.
• Arrange property viewings, coordinate schedules, prepare materials and accompany clients on site.
• Support sales negotiations, prepare contracts, file documents and track transaction progress to completion.
• Conduct basic market research on local real‑estate trends, competitors and customer needs.
• Assist with online and offline property promotion, including social‑media posts and exhibition support.
• Compile daily sales data, generate statistical reports and perform ad‑hoc tasks assigned by the sales supervisor.

Required profile

• High school diploma or higher; studies in Marketing, Real Estate or Business Administration are preferred.
• No strict experience requirement – fresh graduates or those with prior sales‑assistant experience are welcome.
• Strong communication, customer‑service mindset and ability to work under basic sales pressure.
• Professional appearance, proactive attitude, careful and responsible work ethic.
• Basic English proficiency; bilingual ability is a plus.
