Sales Associate

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Associate to join our retail team in Westlands, Nairobi. You will deliver a personalised shopping experience, both in‑store and through digital channels, and help drive sales of fashion and FMCG products.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide a warm, personalised shopping experience.
• Offer styling advice and product recommendations based on customers' preferences.
• Build long‑term relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
• Handle customer enquiries and close sales via WhatsApp, Instagram, the online store and other digital channels.
• Process online orders accurately and coordinate with relevant teams for timely fulfilment.
• Follow up with customers on orders, new arrivals and product availability.
• Maintain attractive visual merchandising standards and ensure the store is clean, organised and well‑presented.
• Replenish stock, assist with inventory counts and ensure products are correctly displayed.
• Stay up‑to‑date with new collections, fashion trends and product knowledge.
• Support promotional campaigns, product launches and in‑store events.

Required profile

• Mid‑level experience (minimum 12 months) in retail or fashion sales.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer‑focused attitude with a passion for fashion and FMCG products.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
