Sales Beautician

About the role

The Sales Beautician will work in a high‑traffic airport retail environment, providing expert beauty consultations and driving product sales. You will combine skin‑analysis expertise with strong sales techniques to deliver an exceptional customer experience and meet revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets through upselling, cross‑selling and promotion of new, high‑margin and seasonal products.
• Conduct quick, insightful skin analyses and deliver personalised beauty recommendations tailored to customer needs.
• Maintain a clean, well‑stocked and visually appealing shop, manage inventory, perform daily stock takes and report any issues.
• Promote sustainable beauty choices and ensure compliance with airport security, health & safety and brand standards.
• Continuously update product knowledge, attend training sessions and share insights with the team.
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet store targets, mentor junior staff and contribute to a positive team culture.

Required profile

• Certificate or Diploma in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, Skincare or a related field from a recognised institution.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a beauty‑focused sales role.
