About the role
Uliza Group is seeking a proactive Sales & Business Development Executive to drive growth for its Events and Calling Systems divisions in Kenya. The role focuses on generating leads, closing sales, and expanding corporate accounts across event services, wristbands, queue management, and customer calling solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, generate and convert new sales leads through outreach, networking and cold calling.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets for events, wristbands, and calling system products.
- Prepare quotations, proposals and follow‑up on client inquiries.
- Conduct client visits, presentations and maintain strong relationships.
- Update CRM and sales reports daily, ensuring accurate pipeline visibility.
- Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Spot partnership opportunities and propose business growth initiatives.
Required profile
- Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and business development.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience working with KPIs and performance metrics.
- Ability to work under pressure, self‑driven and disciplined.
Required skills
- Zoho CRM proficiency.

- One‑week pre‑assessment period followed by a three‑month probation.
- Competitive net salary of KES 21,500 per month.
