About the role

Join Faulu Microfinance Bank’s Sales Consultant Development Program and launch a career in direct sales, banking, and financial services. This temporary, field‑based role offers structured training, mentorship, and hands‑on experience across Kenya’s key regions.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire new customers within assigned markets.
• Promote and sell the bank’s products and services, including deposits and loans.
• Drive account opening, deposit mobilisation, and loan acquisition.
• Conduct field sales activities, activations, and customer‑engagement initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve assigned sales and business‑growth targets.
• Gather market intelligence and identify new business opportunities.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Banking, Economics or related field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to two years of experience.
• Experience in banking, micro‑finance, insurance or direct sales is an advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑driven, resilient and passionate about sales.
• Willingness to work in the assigned regional market.
