Sales Consultant/ Executive

About the role

Our client in the automotive industry is looking to onboard a Sales Consultant/Executive. The role holder will sell or lease new and used vehicles, meeting dealership gross profit, volume, and customer satisfaction standards.

Key responsibilities

• Sell and deliver a minimum number of vehicles per month according to assigned targets.
• Write complete sales orders and process paperwork in line with dealership policies.
• Utilize dealership sales control and follow‑up systems and attend product and sales training as required.
• Maintain owner follow‑up and prospect development systems to encourage repeat and referral business.
• Approach, greet, and assist customers in the showroom, explaining product performance, benefits, and optional equipment.
• Offer test drives, ensure proper identification, and deliver vehicles with full explanation of features, warranty, and paperwork.
• Introduce customers to the service department and schedule their first service appointment.
• Review daily, weekly, and monthly actions to improve time utilization and planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Sales, Marketing or a related field from a recognized university.
• Three to five years of experience as a sales consultant in the automotive industry.
• Strong business acumen with excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Good analytical, presentation and communication abilities, with detail‑oriented planning and organization.
• Ability to meet personal income goals consistent with dealership productivity standards.
